Vendor Information

 
To become a vendor you must submit the online vendor application.
This event is a special 2 day event and is not included in the season pass. All interested vendors must fill out an application and submit payment prior to the event.

In order to create the best event possible for everyone, vendors will be vetted and each type of vendor will be limited. We will contact you by email upon receipt of your application.

Upon acceptance of your application, an invoice will be sent to you by email. Your space will not be secured until payment is received. We can also take payment in person or over the phone if you are unable to pay online.

Event Timing: October 14 2pm-7pm - October 15 9am-4pm
Both days are required
Management will stay on site overnight to ensure the safety of merchandise.

Check In:
Friday, October 14 9am - 1pm 
All Spaces will be assigned ahead of time. Vendor spaces will be assigned based on merchandise and space size not based on requests. Vendors may arrive anytime between 9am-1pm based on how much time you will need to set-up by 2pm. We will be there to check you in and direct you to your space when you arrive.

Fee: $50 for both days for a 12x12 space (each additional space is $10)

This is an OUTDOOR event. Each space is 12x12. 

All vendors must stay until the end of business day. No obvious packing before 3:00 Saturday. 

ONLY LICENSED AND APPROVED FOOD VENDORS CAN SELL HOT FOOD. YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN, BUT YOU CAN NOT SELL (MADE TO ORDER) FOOD OR DRINKS TO THE PUBLIC UNLESS YOU ARE AN APPROVED FOOD VENDOR. THE SELLING OF DRINKS (I.E. POP, BOTTLED WATER, LEMONADE, GATORADE, SNOW CONES ETC.) IS RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE EVENT COORDINATORS. 

Taxes are the responsibility of the vendor.

Please remember to bring your own cash for change. Change will not be available on site.
